Efficiency and Transparency Instruments: eRegisters and eAdministration in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Bosnia and Herzegovina urgently needs an improvement of business climate and one of the key tools to accomplish this goal is the introduction of electronic services. Unfortunately, basic presumptions for the functioning of electronic services which would simplify the business start-up procedures at large, but also disable corruption conditioned by procurement during these procedures, aren’t yet established in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The analysis investigates the possibility of the implementation of three models and gives recommendations for those that would best suit Bosnia and Herzegovina and be the most efficient and advantageous one.
